Susan Allen
Susan Allen is the founder and CEO of Susan B. Allen & Associates, a political grassroots and communications consulting firm based in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
Susan Allen was raised in Virginia as the daughter of a pilot in the United States Marine Corp and was graduated from the University of South Carolina. She pursued a career in marketing and sales in the tourism industry. In 1986, Susan married George Allen (a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, Congressman, Governor and US Senator) and began a life of public service. Together they have raised their 3 children; daughters Tyler(20 )and Brooke(10) and son Forrest(17).
Susan served as First Lady of Virginia from 1994-1998 during her husband's tenure as the Commonwealth's 67th Governor. She established the First Lady's Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative and has continued her efforts with cancer related issues. Susan has been Honorary Chair for the Susan Komen's Race for the Cure as well as the Pink Ribbon Classic and Relay for Life and also serves on several cancer related boards.
Combining her background in tourism and love for Virginia, Susan established "Celebrate Virginia" itineraries and a cultural exchange to South Africa. She promoted Virginia as a travel destination to citizens of Asia, Europe and Africa as well as domestic travelers.
Susan continues her commitment to charitable causes and issues by serving on boards and participating with fundraising events. She is a board member of the National Capitol Area Red Cross and the Virginia Horse Center. She has a great interest in international issues and affairs and has helped raise money for efforts such as earthquake victims in Pakistan and orphans in Afghanistan.
Susan remains active in political activities speaking on behalf of candidates and conservative issues and acted as Chairman for Women for McCain in Virginia. She is also a past Chairman of the Republican Women's Federal Forum.
Susan hosted a weekly talk radio show on WDTK am based in Detroit, Michigan. Her guests have included Father Jonathon Morris, Sandy Liddy Bourne, Judy Black, Craig Shirley, Congressman Eric Cantor, Congressman Mike Rogers, Scott Rasmussen, Lou Cordia, Congresswomen Drake, Capito, Blackburn, Musgrove and many others.
Martha-Ann Alito
Martha-Ann Bomgardner Alito was born July 31, 1953 to Barbara-Ann and B. Gene Bomgardner at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Her peripatetic childhood was spent in the Azores, Texas, France and Maine before her father retired from his Air Force career. Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, New Jersey, provided her longest stay in one location.
College studies at the University of Kentucky and a Rutgers University Program in France during her junior year, yielded a comparative literature degree and a Masters of Science in Library Science.
Her professional career included Reference Librarian at the Neptune Public Library in New Jersey, Librarian at the United States Attorneys Office in Newark, New Jersey, Head of Reference at the Department of Justice, and Library Director at Congressional Quarterly. All of which were challenging and interesting positions.
After her marriage to Samuel A. Alito and the birth of their two children, Martha-Ann became a full-time homemaker and mother. She was also involved in numerous volunteer activities, including the Environmental Commission in Caldwell, New Jersey, and Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs, as well as supporting her children’s sporting activities.
Martha-Ann continues in her role as wife and mother while engaging in new volunteer activities including the Wounded Warriors program with Walter Reed Hospital, participating as a judge in the Ethics Bowl at Marymount College, and serving on the Board of the Children’s Inn at NIH.
Martha is Chair of the Republican Women’s Federal Forum, a group of prominent Republican women in Washington, DC, saw the need for an organization that would enable Republican leaders to present their policies in a positive setting.
Cathy Gillespie
Cathy Gillespie is the Co-Chair of Constituting America, an organization dedicated to reaching, educating, and informing America's youth and her citizens about the importance of the U.S. Constitution and the foundation it sets forth regarding its freedoms and rights.
Cathy Gillespie has been active in politics and government for over 25 years, working as a coalitions organizer, fundraiser, chief of staff to a U.S. House member, strategist and manager.
In 2004 Cathy served as the Director of "W Stands for Women," the Bush-Cheney campaign women's grassroots outreach effort. Cathy credits President Bush's five percentage point gain with women in 2004 to the President's positive vision and steady leadership for America, as well as the energy and enthusiasm of the 100,000 members of W Stands for Women.
Cathy began her career as a grassroots activist in 1984 when she organized students in a record-setting voter registration effort at Texas A&M University on behalf of then-U.S. House candidate Joe Barton. Cathy managed Barton's highly competitive 1986 re-election campaign, served as Barton's chief of staff for over a decade, and was executive director and founder of his leadership PAC, the Texas Freedom Fund. Congressman Barton currently serves as the Ranking Republican on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Cathy is on the board of his 501( c )3, the Joe Barton Family Foundation.
From 2005-2009 Cathy served as a Commissioner on the President's Commission on White House Fellows. She is currently on the board of governors of Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia and on the board of Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services. She is a past Chairman and member of the Advisory Board of the Republican Women's Federal Forum. Cathy is actively involved in cultural engagement and creation, and is a member of the Wedgwood Circle Institute.
Cathy is married to former Republican National Committee Chairman and Counselor to the President, Ed Gillespie. They have three children: John, Carrie and Mollie. Cathy received a BA from Texas A&M University in 1984, and is originally from Dallas, Texas.
Jimmy Kemp

Jimmy is a former CFL quarterback. He is the brother of former NFL quarterback Jeff Kemp and the son of the late American Football League Most Valuable Player and U.S. Congressman Jack Kemp. After a successful career at Maryland's Winston Churchill High School, he played at Wake Forest University and eventually became the team's starter during his junior year.
After graduating he was signed by the Sacramento Gold Miners of the Canadian Football League. In 1996, he split his time campaigning with his dad, who was the Republican Party Vice Presidential nominee and playing football.
Jordan Lieberman

He spent five years as the president of Political World Communications, LLC, which includes Campaigns & Elections' Politics magazine, its training and political networking events and related properties. During his tenure, the operation grew faster than any previous time in its 30-year history.
Prior to his work with Political World Communications, Lieberman consulted on numerous campaigns and advocacy programs in the United States and abroad. Politics is now read in approximately forty countries.
In 2004, Lieberman split his public affairs and political consulting businesses and formed Campaign Impact Services, LLC. With his partners, Lieberman with his partners, handled the direct mail and telephone advocacy programs for more than ten candidates for United States Congress and forty candidates for state houses across the country. Previously, he managed numerous races throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He was among the first Americans to travel to Ukraine to assist the fledgling campaign of now-President Victor Yushchenko by training his campaign management team.
In the last campaign cycle, Lieberman appeared on the BBC, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, National Public Radio, XM Radio and has been quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Washington Times. In 2007, he had a lead role in the movie "Electile Dysfunction."
Nansen Malin
Nansen Malin is recognized for leading technology and new media efforts for a diverse group of activist organizations. With her husband, Brett, she is co-owner of MR Data Corporation, which provides statistical analysis for market research and public opinion surveys to an international client base including Fortune 500 corporations.
Nansen's interest in technology, database management and statistics began when she owned a New York City based advertising agency that specialized in sales lead generation through direct mail campaigns. Clients included Campbell's Soup, Nabisco, EF Hutton and Barron's Financial. Later, in Southern California, she took a kitchen table hobby and through publicity and sales created an award winning wholesale manufacturing business. Her topiaries were featured in many national magazines and catalogs such as: Country Living, Victoria, House Beautiful, The Home Show, Martha Stewart Living, Jackson & Perkins, Harry & David, Neiman Marcus and over 500 high end gift and garden stores. Nansen has appeared on national radio and television promoting her business and teaching business development skills.
A frequent public speaker, Nansen Malin has given numerous keynote speeches and trained thousands on persuasion techniques and building rapport. Nansen has translated these skills to the online world as the internet has developed into a tremendous resource for messaging and persuasion. She continues to speak across the country with a focus on New Media platforms to organize political change.
Active in conservative politics, Nansen serves as Pacific County Republican Party Chair, on the Washington State Republican Party's Executive Board, and chairs the Technology and Audit committees. She is on the Washington Federation of Republican Women Board, is regional coordinator for Smart Girl Politics, is technology officer for the Face Book group Positively Republican and monitors many web 2.0 discussion boards including Rebuild The Party-Washington State Group. Nansen maintains a beach lifestyle blog, is active on several local community boards, including a historic salmon fish hatchery. She volunteers much of her time to mentor business owners, college students and high school youth. She advises and assists assorted grassroots political groups, candidates and helps coordinate political campaigns.
Nansen attended the Saul Alinsky Institute in the early 1970s and is currently writing a book about Community Organizing for Conservatives. A graduate of University of Washington, she is now able to operate from a quiet rural corner of Southwest Washington's coast, using technology to maintain the involved lifestyle of the big city.
